Units were dispatched to Dr. Mcauley Court on Dec. 27 in reference to three suspicious individuals
apparently attempting to enter vehicles. The individuals were found to be juveniles and the incident was
referred to a prosecutor.

¥ at West Indiana Avenue and West Boundary Street. Ryan Garrity, Perrysburg, was cited for failure to
obey a traffic control device after the 1999 Lexus ES300 he was operating collided with a 2000 Honda
Odyssey driven by David Miller Jr., Perrysburg.
Ballard Cox, Toledo, was picked up from Lucas County jail on a warrant through Perrysburg Municipal
Court. He was transported to the police station, where his bond was posted through a bail bondsman.
On Dr. Mcauley Court, a woman reported being stalked by a male subject.
A bad check was found to have been presented to Perrysburg Police for a parking citation.
An unruly 11-year-old female was reported at a West Sixth Street location. The incident was referred to a
prosecutor.
Employees of Zing Republic LLC reported a fraudulent credit card had been used to purchase merchandise
from their company.
A Coopers Hawk Road resident reported receiving a harassing letter in the mail.
Joshua Wellington, Perrysburg, was taken into custody at a restaurant on West Fifth Street on active
warrants out of Perrysburg Municipal Court.

Theft of a tire cover from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Mission Hill Drive was reported.
Evidence of criminal trespass was reported in a vacant apartment at Perry Lake Apartments on Lake Vue
Drive.

Darlene Sturt, Whitehouse, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to comply
with the signal of a police officer, and also cited for driving within lanes.

A Perrysburg man was arrested for domestic violence-threats after an officer was dispatched to a
residence regarding a domestic dispute in progress.
An investigation into an allegation of patient abuse was initiated at a facility in the city and referred
to a detective.
Kathy Nachtrab, Perrysburg, was arrested at her residence on a warrant out of Perrysburg Municipal Court.

A phone line and cable line were reported ripped from a utility pole by a truck driven by Nicholas
Mericle, Perrysburg, as it was backing into a drive in the 500 block of West Ninth Street.
Mark Anderson, no permanent address, was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated and taken to
jail following an incident at a business on North Dixie Highway.
An unruly juvenile was reported at an apartment in the 26000 block of Lake Vue Drive.
Dillon Whitaker, Perrysburg, was taken into custodyJan. 1 by Perrysburg Township Police on a warrant out
of Perrysburg Municipal Court for contempt. He was subsequently taken to jail.
