Dec. 29 incidents:
An unruly 16-year-old female was reported on Bull Creek Road, Jerry City.
Two deputies responded to the report on South Dixie Highway, Portage, that there were two subjects inside
a neighbor’s barn.
A narcotics or drugs incident involving a silver Volvo was reported in the area of McCutcheonville Road
and Devil’s Hole Road, Pemberville.
A dispute between a male and female was reported in Hoytville.
Accident occurred:
Dec. 30
¥ at Stearns Road at Board Road. A 2006 Dodge Durango driven by Joseph Cuellar, Fostoria, reportedly lost
control on Stearns Road on the icy road, struck a road sign, and overturned several times before coming
to rest. Cuellar reported possible injuries but was not taken to a hospital.
A caller at Nollenberger Truck Center in rural Perrysburg reported that a fired driver had taken business
credit cards.
On Five Point Road, Perrysburg, a caller advised he received a call from a telemarketer and was being
harassed and called names by one of the workers.
Vandalism to an air conditioner was reported at the Weston Township Building. The pipe and wires of the
unit had reportedly been cut.
On Bloomdale Road, Wayne, a woman reported receiving harassing texts and telephone calls.
A group of juveniles was reportedly running and kicking cars driving on Bridge Street, Grand Rapids.
Deputies responded Dec. 31 to a location in the 10000 block of Bloomdale Road, Wayne, on the report of
robbery. A Williston man reported that he had been in a vehicle with four other subjects. Near the
corner of Bloomdale Road and Mermill Road, the subjects reportedly took $300 from him, punched him
twice, and threw him from the vehicle before leaving.
Jan. 1 incidents:
Aric Bell, Toledo, following a traffic stop, was cited for driving under suspension (failure to
reinstate) and taken into custody on an active warrant out of Perrysburg Municipal Court.
An assault incident was reported at a residence in the 15000 block of Mermill Road, Rudolph.
An assault was reported at a North Baltimore bar.
Report was received of a harassment incident in the 800 block of Main Street, Jerry City.
Pisanello’s Pizza on Front Street, Grand Rapids, reported receiving a telephone call from an older male
that was threatening in nature.
Kyle Lawrence, Napoleon, was picked up from Napoleon Police on a warrant issued in Wood County.
Jan. 2 incidents:
Two deputies responded to the report of a domestic violence incident in progress at a multiple dwelling
in Luckey. As a result, a male Luckey resident was arrested on a charge of domestic violence, with bond
set at $35,000, no 10 percent allowed.
A Risingsun woman was arrested and issued a summons for domestic violence after two deputies responded to
a 911 hang-up call in the village.
A loose horse was reported in the front yard of a residence in the 10000 block of Cygnet Road, Cygnet.

Jan. 3 citations:
Driving under suspension (license forfeiture) – Jeffrey Massey, Woodville.
DUS, possession of drug paraphernalia – Joseph Saldana, Ottawa.
Speed, driver’s license not on person – Brianna Hill, Rudolph.
Speed, DUS (license restriction) – Clayton Stimmer, Gaylord, Mich.

¥ at Sand Ridge Road and Wingston Road. Kurt Mazey, Weston, was cited for driving in response to a stop
or yield sign after the 1996 GMC Sonoma he was operating struck a 2001 Dodge Ram driven by David Clark,
Weston.
In the 17000 block of Mill Street, Grand Rapids, a man reported that approximately 20 gallons of diesel
fuel had been stolen from the tank of a delivery truck parked and secured in front of a warehouse.
At the Wood County Landfill, an employee reported that a female driving a dark green minivan came to the
landfill and dumped a chair, then left without paying.
A Charleston, S.C., resident reported that he had received a collections notice from Time Warner Cable
for an unpaid bill for an account at a residence in the 18000 block of Crom Street, Tontogany. A deputy
responding to what he believed to be the residence in question found that it appeared to be unoccupied.

Report of a loose pig was received in the 23000 block of Lemoyne Road in rural Perrysburg.
Cable and other wires were reported to have been cut at a business in the 200 block of Front Street,
Cygnet.
On Jan. 4, a suspicious person was reported bothering customers and asking for rides at a restaurant at
the Petro Stopping Center, North Baltimore.

A juvenile was arrested for underage possession of alcohol at a party in
the 700 block of East Napoleon Road, and was taken to the juvenile
detention center.

No seat belt – Geoffrey Schwab, Bowling Green; Alexandra Leguire, Findlay.
Driving under suspension – Eric Richardson, Toledo.
Speed, driving under suspension – Kassandra Messenger, of Elyria.

¥ at 11:06 a.m. near 1220 W. Wooster St. Barbara Lockard-Zimmerman,
Bowling Green, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.

Driving under suspension – Lori A. Pryor, North Baltimore.

Possession of marijuana (less than 100 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia – Jason A. Hensley,
Bowling Green.
Timothy P. Ritchey, 46, Perrysburg, was arrested for receiving stolen
property, and was cited for expired registration. Ritchey admitted
taking a registration sticker from another vehicle and putting it on his
plate.
