Driving under suspension, headlights required – Nichelle Logan, Bowling Green.
No seat belt – Matthew J. Hallett, Bloom Center.
Expired registration – Ethan A. White, Bowling Green.
Defective exhaust, driving under suspension – Sean Elswick, Fremont.
Driving under suspension – Nicole Smiarowski, Perrysburg (two counts).
At a traffic stop at 1:35 a.m. along North Prospect Street, Cassandra L. Mendieta, 19, Bowling Green, was
arrested on a failure to appear warrant and was taken to jail. She also was charged with underage/under
the influence of alcohol. Cody J. Stiner, 18, Bowling Green, was arrested for underage/under the
influence and possession of marijuana (0.26 grams). The driver of the vehicle was warned for no front
plate and defective exhaust.

Operating a vehicle while impaired/refusal, failure to maintain reasonable control – Michael J. Shriner,
Monclova.
Probationary license restriction – Madison Telecky, Bowling Green.
Underage/under the influence – Paige Chretien, Southgate, Mich.
No seat belt – Hannah Wisniewski, Avon Lake.
Defective exhaust, license forfeiture (two counts) – Matthew Davis, Findlay.
Possession of marijuana (8.27 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia – Felicia Flores, Bowling Green.

Expired registration – Danielle Hurley-Macharia, Bowling Green; William Bidwell, Columbus.
Officers responded to a loud party complaint in the 100 block of South Summit Street, and cited Todd
Copic II and Jacob Greear, of that address, for nuisance party. Britney May, Toledo, and Robert Cryan,
Nicole Figueroa and Amanda Otis, all of Maumee, were cited for underage/under the influence.
Devin J. Crockrel, 19, Sylvania, was arrested for criminal trespass, obstructing official business, and
underage possession of alcohol after officers responded to an unwanted subject at an East Wooster Street
bar. Crockrel was removed by force from the bar, then ran from officers. Once he was caught, he was
taken to jail.
Abraham K. Busienei, 24, Louisville, Ky., was arrested for disorderly conduct/fighting, criminal
mischief/property, and obstructing official business after police responded to a reported fight in city
Lot 1 around 2:30 a.m. Busienei ran from the officer, and was taken to jail after being caught.
Between 2:27 a.m. and 2:37 a.m., two residents – in the 600 and 700 blocks of Ordway Avenue – reported
someone knocking on front doors of their homes. Police were unable to locate a suspect. At 2:51 a.m., a
Knollwood Drive resident reported the unwanted subject, who happened to be lost, at the residence. The
subject was warned for criminal trespass.
Joshua A. Mannor, Rossford, was cited for underage/under the influence and was taken by EMS to the
hospital after he was found unable to stand without help and with vomit on his clothing.
Susan J. Hibbard, 41, Bloomdale, was arrested at Meijer for theft/shoplifting and was taken to jail.

¥ at 1:07 p.m. near Clough Street and South College Drive. Pamela Bonnell, Bowling Green, was cited for
improper backing.
PERRYSBURG POLICE
Accidents occurred:
Dec. 17
¥ at East Indiana Avenue and Elm Street. Gary Schmidt, Perrysburg, was cited for failure to yield the
right of way at a stop/yield sign after the 2005 Honda Civic he was operating struck a 2002 Buick
Century driven by David Brown, Perrysburg. Neither driver nor Brown’s passenger reported injury.
¥ at North Dixie Highway and Eckel Junction Road. John Vandersall, Bowling Green, was cited for assured
clear distance ahead after the vehicle he was operating struck a vehicle operated by Tom Wolniewicz,
Ida, Mich.
¥ at Fremont Pike and South Interstate 75. A vehicle driven by Wayne Gladney, Barrie, Ont., was
reportedly struck from behind by another vehicle.
¥ at 26046 North Dixie Highway. Jeremy Bogan, Millbury, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after
the 2000 Dodge Neon he was operating struck a 2002 Saturn L100 driven by Paul Boes, Toledo, on private
property. Boes’ passenger, Jacqueline Layng, Perrysburg, reported a headache and neck pain but refused
an ambulance.
¥ at Maumee Western Reserve Road near Rapids Road. A 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by Connie Molter,
Gibsonburg, was reportedly struck by a deer.
A failure-to-pay incident was reported at Circle K on North Dixie Highway after a subject did not pay for
$21 in gasoline.
Cassandra Perez was arrested and transported from the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office to Perrysburg
Municipal Court on a bench warrant.
A juvenile Perrysburg resident was located and taken into custody on a warrant from the Wood County
Juvenile Court.
A domestic dispute was reported in the city.
On Horseshoe Bend Drive, a child custody issue was reported.
Andrew Snell, Rossford, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and cited for drive
within lanes.
Dec. 18 citations:
Speed – Christine Bothe, Perrysburg; Tyniesha Wilson, Perrysburg.
Michele Hanley, Perrysburg, was arrested Dec. 18 for OVI and also as cited for one-way highways.
