Unauthorized plates, possession of marijuana, driving under license forfeiture suspension – Christopher
McCallister, Fremont.
Police handled a complaint from a rent-to-own business that a customer had rented a laptop computer, then
had pawned it. A deal was worked out with the pawn shop to return the computer to the store.
Citations Dec. 30:
Underage possession of alcohol – Thaddeus Lang, Grover Hill.
Speed – Robert J. Beveridge, of Hudson.
Expired registration – Sharlonn Sturdivant, Toledo.
Driving under suspension – Andrew L. Myers, Fremont (three counts).
Officers stopped a vehicle around midnight near 100 Manville Ave. because it had only one headlight. The
driver, however, fled on foot and could not be found.
Accidents occurred:
Dec. 30
¥ at 1:50 a.m. near 920 Klotz Road. Christopher J. Irvine, Bowling Green, was cited for reasonable
control, operating a vehicle while impaired, and prohibited alcohol (BAC 0.246). Sean M. Williams,
Toledo, was cited for prohibited acts, drug abuse/marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
¥ at 4:13 p.m. on East Wooster near I-75. George E. Snyder Jr., North Baltimore, was cited for assured
clear distance ahead.
¥ at 5:58 p.m. near 1720 E. Wooster St. Betty J. Jones, Bowling Green, was cited for right of way/left
turn.
Police observed a male subject in the middle of the 100 block of West Wooster Street, without his pants,
around 2 a.m. on Dec. 31. He was intoxicated and ultimately made it home safely.
Police responded to a report of a large fight behind 149 N. Main St. at 2:26 a.m. Dec. 31. Levi W.
Dominique, 22, Wauseon, was arrested for disorderly conduct and menacing. He was taken to jail.
A woman walking her dog around 3:30 p.m. along North Grove Street reported a man stopped for directions,
then exposed himself before driving away.
