NOW, THEREFORE, Public notice is hereby given that I, Mark Wasylyshyn, Sheriff of Wood County, Ohio, will
sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at
least the total amount of the judgment, including all taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, and
interest payable subsequent to the delivery to the prosecuting attorney of the delinquent land tax
certificate or master list of delinquent tracts, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., in the new Atrium between
the Wood County Courthouse and the Wood County Office Building, in the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, on
Wednesday, December 23, 2009. If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for
sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same
place on Thursday, January 7, 2010, for an amount that equals at least the total amount of the judgment,
including all taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, and interest payable subsequent to the delivery to
the prosecuting attorney of the delinquent land tax certificate or master list of delinquent tracts.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION IS SUBJECT TO A

Any person owning or claiming any right, title, or interest in, or lien upon, any parcel of real property
above listed may file an answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or

and every company interested in the enclosed sealed bid; and be accompanied by a properly executed
Non-Collusion Affidavit. All bidders will be required to file an Affidavit with the Finance Director of
the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, attesting that he or she owes no delinquent property taxes in Wood
County, State of Ohio.
Each bid must contain the name of every person, firm or corporation interested in it and be accompanied
by a bid bond or certified check drawn on a solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid
payable to the City of Bowling Green, Ohio to guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be
entered into and its performance properly secured. Bids not accompanied by a bid bond or

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 10:00 am., on the 3rd day of December,
2009, by the Board of County Commissioners of Wood County, Ohio, at its office in the Wood County Office
Building, One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, Ohio, and immediately opened thereafter.
Such Proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following as described: –
Provide residential recyclables collection and transportation as specified for local government
jurisdictions within Wood County.
A bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount shall accompany
each proposal submitted. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a contract performance and
payment bond, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, for the full
amount of the bid.
All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked: “RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING”. All bids shall be properly signed
by an authorized representative of the bidder.
The successful bidder will be required to sign an affidavit of contractor or supplier of non-delinquency
of personal property taxes in accordance with Section 5719.042, Revised Code of Ohio and an Affidavit
Regarding Child Support, pursuant to the Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 92-2041.
In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Section 2909.33, the successful bidder will be required to
certify that it does not provide material assistance to any organization on the United States department
of state terrorist exclusion list. The Terrorist Exclusion List may be found on the Ohio Homeland
