Middleton Twp. Homemakers
The club’s November meeting was held at the home of Judy Hill, with nine women present.
President Betty Wenig led a brief business meeting.
Members are looking forward to their annual Christmas meeting, to be held Dec. 7 at the home of Kristel
Asmus. It was decided to bring items for a local food pantry to the Christmas party. There will also be
a Christmas ornament exchange.
Marian Frobose delivered the Avon orders that were placed at the October meeting. A nice profit was made
for the club treasury from this fundraiser.
Wenig, with the help of Dee Robison, led the group in making necklaces out of decorative ribbon. Each one
was unique.
After working on the necklaces, a cookie exchange was held. Each member had brought two dozen cookies and
the history of each cookie recipe was shared.
Hostess Judy Hill served beverages to go with the cookies that were shared by the members. Each one also
got to take home a plate of cookies. Christmas traditions were also shared by each member.
