No. 20091257. The fiduciary in the estate has filed an inventory and appraisal of her trust. A hearing
on the inventory and appraisal will be November 27, 2009, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the court. The court

Green, OH 43402, Case #09-DR-0180, Willis McClain v. Wendy L. McClain seeking divorce on grounds of
incompatibility and gross neglect of duty and requesting that he be awarded an equitable share of the
marital property, custody of the children, and child support. Wendy McClain must file an answer with the
