Wood Lane Residential Properties Inc. has appointed four Wood County residents to its board. They include
Diane Huffman, Randy Sanner, Gary Ungerer and Chris North. Each will serve a one-year term that begins
in September.
They join current members Martha Woelke, Delbert Brown, Ted Sipes and Norma Smith.
Sanner is a sales account manager at Kellermeyer Company. For the last 20 years, he has overseen all
aspects of facilities management for a variety of organizations.
Ungerer is architect and president of Technicon Design Group Inc. He has extensive knowledge in building
design and construction.
North is head custodian at North Baltimore Schools. His professional duties include overseeing the
district’s maintenance, grounds keeping and custodial needs.
Huffman is partner attorney for Spitler and Huffman LLP. Her expertise includes real estate and probate
law as well as civil litigation and business transactions.
