The Perrysburg school district itself may be "in direct conflict with home schooling," however,
extensive research believes the statement suggesting that home schooling is detrimental to the goal of
helping students achieve their highest potential.
On the contrary, many students flourish with the spirited one-on-one attention and flexibility of this
program.
In spite of what Mrs. Downs says, it difficult to detect any sign of respect for home schooling parents
within her comments.
