Shultz-Simmons vows recited

Jennifer Shultz and Andrew Simmons were united in marriage June 13 at Maumee United Methodist Church.
Rev. James Stewart conducted the 3:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and Sharon Shultz, West Second Street, Grand Rapids. The groom is the
son of Pamela Simmons, Maumee, and the late Gordon Simmons.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an A-line satin gown with a split back, beaded cuff, hem
and inset. She chose an elbow-length, two-tiered white veil trimmed in lilac.
Kristina Shultz, Grand Rapids, was the maid of honor for her sister.
Bridesmaids were Brittani Freeworth, Perrysburg; Leigh Zajac, Rossford; Hannah Keiffer, Haskins; Mikayla
Wiltshire, Sylvania; and Lauren Reichow, Northwood.
They wore strapless lilac satin A-line gowns with cascading backs.
Elsa Perry, Chicago, and Summer Glassmoyer were flower girls. They wore dresses with satin bodices and
organza skirts, featuring lilac satin flowers and matching sashes.
Ring bearer was Emmett Perry, Chicago.
Andres Barboza, Maumee, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Josh Keiffer, Haskins; Doug Simmons, Toledo; Kyle Vogel, Perrysburg; Justin Schutte and
Chris Mulinix, both of Maumee.
Jason Perry, Maumee, and Arron Perry, Chicago, were ushers.
Musicians for the ceremony were organist Cathy Sweeny and soloist Elaine Hesser, aunt of the bride.
A reception was held at the Maumee Elks hall with music furnished by Ultimate Nights DJ.
Following a honeymoon trip to Fort Myers Beach and Key West, Fla., the newlyweds are at home at 925 N.
Harmony Dr., Napoleon, Ohio 43545.
The bride graduated from Otsego High School in 2003 and Owens Community College in 2008. She is employed
at Archbold Hospital as a certified surgical technologist.
The groom, a 2003 graduate of Maumee High School, is employed by Reliable Pro services.
