One day scheduled for Northwood students to pay fees
Body: NORTHWOOD – The Northwood Local School District has a day set aside for students and families to
pay fees for the coming school year.
The fee-paying day will be Thursday.
Times set aside for middle school students include: 9 to 11 a.m. for grades 7 and 8, 1 to 3 p.m. for
grades 5 and 6, and 3 to 4 p.m. for grades 5 through 8. Payments can be made at the middle school. For
elementary school students, parents can stop by Olney Elementary to pay fees from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or
from 4 to 6 p.m.
The students will be able to sign up for clubs and fall activities, pick up school forms and find out
their classroom schedules and teachers at this time.
The Parent Organization will have a display encouraging parents to join.
There will be an opportunity for parents to make appointments with teachers, to meet principals and learn
about the new lunch payment program that will be offered later this fall. Students can get their fee
accounts settled and see friends they have missed over the summer.
Middle school students can pick up their class schedules and get their lockers for the year. Middle
school student pictures will be taken this day and all the forms from the July mailing can be turned in.
