Mud Hens split doubleheader

TOLEDO — Toledo left the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh inning Friday, allowing
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to hold for a 4-2 win and a split of the International League doubleheader. Toledo
scored a run in the ninth for a 5-4 win in the opener.
Wilkin Ramirez hit a two-run home run for Toledo in the bottom of the fifth in Game 2, and Brent Dlugach,
Don Kelly and Jeff Frazier each had two hits. The Mud Hens stranded 11 runners in the game.
In the first game, Jeff Larish scored the winning run on a wild pitch after doubling and taking third on
a ground out.
Five different Mud Hens have two hits, including Scott Sizemore with a homer. The others with two hits
were Larish, Ramirez, Will Rhymes and Brent Clevlen.
