I want to bring to your attention an ongoing problem in the Village of Weston. On the south eastern
corner of Maple and Oak street is a home that has tall bushes acting as a privacy fence. These bushes
block the view of the stop sign and make it impossible to see oncoming traffic or pedestrians.
This is an extremely dangerous intersection due to the homeowners negligence, and the Village of Weston
insistence on ignoring the problem. I have been asking the Village of Weston to take care of this
problem for months, but to no avail. It seems that a tragedy may have to occur, before the problem is
taken seriously.
Until this situation is resolved (the bushes are trimmed, and the intersection becomes visible) I urge
you to use extreme caution.
