To the Editor: Don’t blame games for your actions

I read the article about Daniel Petric who shot his parents and his lawyers tried to blame Halo 3 which
he was supposedly addicted to. When will people start taking responsibility for their own actions?
Video games shouldn’t be blamed for people’s actions. Video games don’t tell you to go out a and kill
people.
If you can’t tell the difference between what’s real and what’s not then you shouldn’t be playing video
games. It is time people stop blaming games and music for their actions.
