Green, unless noted otherwise.
MONDAY
9 a.m. Get Fit- Exercise by video
11 a.m. Program: Xbox Game- Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?
11:30 a.m. Speaker: Susan Miklovic, OSU Ext. Office, "Performance Boosters: Do they really
work?"
Noon Lunch: Turkey casserole or stuffed pepper
1 to 4 p.m. Cards: Bridge (Contract) and Euchre
4 p.m. Trip: Mystery Restaurant, advanced registration required
TUESDAY
10 a.m. to noon Clinic: Blood Pressure- Pemberville Area Senior Center, 220 Cedar St.
11:15 a.m. Speaker: Amy Carles, Ohio Consumer Council, "Summer-izing Your Home"
Noon Lunch: Beef and noodles or pork chopette
3:30 p.m. Get Fit- exercise by video
5:30 p.m. Birthday Dinner Celebration: hamloaf, potato cheese bake. Entertainment: Judy Asmus-Hill,
vocalist. Register for dinner by 2 p.m.

FRIDAY

10 a.m. Watercolor art class: FREE and open to the public; bring own supplies
Noon Lunch: Goulash or salmon croquette
1 p.m. Program: Wii bowling
ADVANCE PLANNING
The scheduled practices for Senior Singer Rehearsals for the Wood County Fair are July 15, 22 and 29 at 3
p.m.
Trip: Toledo Mud Hens Game, July 27. Depart Churchill’s Market in Perrysburg on Ohio 25 by 10:45 a.m.
Cost is $7 for tickets and payments are due by Monday. There is a $1 fee to ride the TARTA bus each way
to the game. Bring money with you on game day. Advance ticket sales only. Registration required, as
there is only room for 11 passengers on the agency bus (from Bowling Green). If there is no room left on
the bus, please feel free to carpool behind or meet at Churchill’s Market.
A picnic at Carter Park is July 28 at 10 a.m. Enjoy a morning with the Life Bible Group from Bowling
Green State University. Events will include Frisbee golf, corn hole and a free lunch. Registration is
required and the event is limited to the first 20 participants. Call the programs department at (419)

Intergenerational Day Camp: "Caring for the World’s Families" is Aug. 13 at the Rotary Nature
Center, 615 S. Wintergarden Road, Bowling Green. It is sponsored by Bowling Green Parks and Recreation
and Wood County Committee on Aging. Grandparents and grandchildren mark your calendars for this
fun-filled interactive adventure. The day will involve nature crafts, team games and prizes, outdoor
exploration, and snacks and lunch. This program is designed for grandparents and grandchildren ages 5-12
years old and the cost is $5 per participant. Registration is required. Call the programs department at
