Portage Twp. has Wednesday meeting
The Portage Township Trustees will meet on on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the township hall, Huffman and
Mermill roads.
This meeting, which replaces the regularly scheduled meeting, will also include the budget hearing.
Toddlers boogie to ‘Alphabet Rock’
Shake, rattle, rock and be creative with all of the letters in "Alphabet Rock" at the Wood
County District Public Library on Monday at 7 p.m. in the Children’s Place.
Toddlers and caregivers will play with the letters of their names, and boogie to alphabet games, stories
and songs. They will make a "shaker" to play with rhythms at home and add letters to the
library’s "chicka chicka boom boom" tree.
