9 a.m. Get Fit- Exercise by video
11:15 a.m. Program: What is Americorps? Katie Cannode, Americorps
12 p.m. Lunch: Pork ribette or chicken casserole
1-4 p.m. Cards: Contract Bridge and Euchre
9 a.m. Breakfast Club: Café Marie, 580 Craig Dr., Perrysburg; registration required
12 p.m. Lunch: chicken paprikash or pizza
3:30 p.m. Get Fit- Exercise by video
5:30 p.m. Dinner: Hamloaf, creamed corn
6 p.m. Program: Dominoes
9 a.m. Get Fit- Exercise by video
12 p.m. Lunch: Roast beef or veal patty

2 p.m. Grocery shopping at Kroger

10 a.m. Class: Writer’s Group – registration required
12 p.m. Program: "Lunch and Learn" with attorney Staten Middleton – registration required
12 p.m. Lunch: Baked chicken or stuffed pepper
3:30 p.m. Get Fit- exercise by video
5:30 p.m. Dinner: Hawaiian chicken breast, rice
6 p.m. Program: Board Game night
9 a.m. Get Fit- Exercise
9:45 a.m. Tour: Juvenile Delinquency Center, 11120 E. Gypsy Lane Road – Lunch on own at Fricker’s after
the tour; registration required
10 a.m. Watercolor Art Class: Free and open to public; bring own supplies
12 p.m. Lunch: Beef chop suey or lemon pepper cod
1 p.m. Program: Wii Bowling
1 p.m. Program: Facebook training session

Program: Men’s Health Tune Up – June 10 at 1:30 p.m. This session will provide men with ample tips on
what is needed to remain healthy, plus an opportunity to talk to a doctor about your health questions.
Ken Power, M.D. and Patti Snyder, P.T., will be here along with BGSU Football Coach, Dave Clawson, to
talk about men’s health at age 50-plus, injuries, and balance/mobility issues.
Senior Singer rehearsals in advance of fair day. Scheduled practices for the season are as follows:
Wednesday, June 3 and 17 at 3 p.m. and Wednesday, July 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 at 3 p.m.
Facing New Directions: A Job Seminar – June 19 at 1 p.m. Wood County Senior Center. Many may be thinking
about starting a new career, downsizing a current position, working part time, or just trying to find
work to continue to make ends meet. If so, this seminar is for you. It will offer information on how to
create a network so as to gain skillful employment. Registration required by calling the Programs Dept.
