BLOOMDALE – Winter homecoming at Elmwood High School was delayed a week because of a school cancellation.

The Elmwood Academic Boosters Club recently honored high school students who earned a 3.5 GPA and above for the second quarter with a pancake breakfast bar. It was the first official EABC event after the school board approved the booster group in October. More than 150 students attended, including, from left, Declan Rowe, Frank Blair and Tanner Pennington. Teacher is Kyle Eichenhauer also is shown. The club’s goal is to recognize academic excellence.

BLOOMDALE – The cafeteria debt at Elmwood Local Schools has increased by $1,000 a week for the past several weeks.
