Wilbur “Wib” Frank Miller, 93, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away peacefully on May 27, 2024. He was born on July 10, 1930, in Henry County Ohio and married Lola (Schwiebert) Miller on December 22, 1950, and she survives in Bowling Green.

Wib graduated from Malinta-Gretlon High School in 1948, proudly served his country in the US Air Force from 1951-1954 and completed a 30-year career in the US Postal Service. Wib was a very faith filled Christian and a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church. He enjoyed helping others through the ELCA World Hunger, BG Food Pantry and Habitat for Humanity.

Very devoted to his family, Wib is survived by his wife, Lola of 73 years; children Jeff Miller (Connie Carrino) of Edina Minnesota, Barb Colon of Benton, Kentucky, and Joan Tussing (Doug) of Norwalk Ohio. He is also survived by his grandchildren Andrew, Anne, Amy Jo and Amanda; and great grandchildren Lydia, Leah, Anthony, Michael, Easton, and Josephine.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Martha (nee Badenhop) Miller; sister Fran Sonnenberg, and son in law, Jamie Colon.

His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 315 S. College Dr. Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Pastor Robin Small will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery where Military Honors will be rendered by the United States Air Force.
