On Saturday, around 2:13 a.m., Bowling Green police observed a male standing outside of an establishment at the 140 block of North Main Street.
According to the Bowling Green Police Division report, the male was holding a plastic cup containing an indiscernible clear liquid. When police attempted to approach the male, he attempted to walk away but was visibly unsteady on his feet.
While speaking with police, the male had a strong alcoholic odor on his breath with bloodshot/glossy eyes, according to the report.
The man did not provide an ID or tell officers where he lived.
After refusing an opportunity from police to call a sober person to pick him up, the male provided a false name when asked, according to the report.
Andrew Tucker, 23, Bowling Green, was arrested for disorderly conduct/intoxicated-unable to care for self and falsification. Tucker was taken to jail.
