Multi-department pursuit ends in N. Baltimore


On April 28 around 3:10 p.m., Bowling Green police assisted Perrysburg Township police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol in a pursuit.

According to the Bowling Green Police Division report, Perrysburg Township officers were in pursuit of a vehicle on Interstate 75 southbound passing Ohio 582.

While eastbound on East Wooster Street in the area of Campbell Hill Road, Bowling Green police observed the vehicle cross over the concrete median and head eastbound on East Wooster and entered the I-75 northbound entrance ramp with Perrysburg Township still in pursuit.

The vehicle continued northbound to mile marker 182 before using the crossover to head south. The driver exited again at the East Wooster ramp, crossed the roundabout and continued south before exiting at U.S. 6. The driver then crossed Route 6 and got onto the entrance ramp and continued southbound.

The Ford continued to North Baltimore where the puruit was terminated.
