Bernard Richard Wollam, age 88, of Findlay, Ohio, formerly of Risingsun, Ohio passed away on Tuesday (May 7, 2024) at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay, Ohio.
He was born on April 27, 1936 in Risingsun, Ohio to the late George Franklin & Pearl Radell (Weiker) Wollam.
Bernard is survived by his brother, Robert Wollam in Los Fresnos, Texas; sisters, Jacqueline Turner of Country Club Hills, Illinois, Clara (John) Knapp of Findlay, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George & Pearl; sister-in-law, Patty Wollam.
Bernard retired after 38 years from the Carbon Works Factory in Fostoria, Ohio.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday (May 10, 2024) at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio. A Graveside Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday (May 10, 2024) at Graham Cemetery near Wayne, Ohio with Pastor Ron Merritt officiating. Burial will be in Graham Cemetery near Wayne, Ohio with Military Honors performed by the AMVETS Honor Detail.
