BG man arrested for obstructing police business

On Saturday around 2:20 a.m., Bowling Green police were called to the 310 block of East Evers Avenue for a loud party complaint.

According to the Bowling Green Police Division report, when officers arrived, two males could be heard yelling at each other threatening to fight.

One male yelled at the other, stating that they will stab them.

When officers approached a male who threatened to stab another and asked for his ID, he attempted to run.

According to the police report, the male had a strong alcoholic beverage on his breath.

Cameron O’Reilly, 20, Bowling Green, was arrested for underage/under the influence of alcohol and obstructing official business. O’Reilly posted bond and was released to a sober person.
