On April 26, the Wood County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Caskie Road for a rollover crash of a Ford F-350 transit van.

Phaedra Knepper, Port Clinton, was operating a paratransit bus northbound on Caskie Road approaching Kemner Road when she drove off the left side of the road, overturned and landed right side up straddling the ditch.

There were four passengers on board the bus, which is owned by Riverview Industries, Oak Harbor.

All were taken to Wood County Hospital with possible injuries.

Two were from Perrysburg and one from Pemberville and one from Luckey and they ranged in age from 22-30.
