On Saturday around 12:40 a.m., Bowling Green police responded to the 100 block of South College Drive for a report of a suspicious person found in a home.
Jamie Gonzales, 55, Toledo, was arrested on two counts felony burglary.
The resident who called police said that Gonzales was seen standing in the house’s kitchen around 12:10 a.m., when they were returning from their neighbor’s house, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.
When the resident asked Gonzales what he was doing there, he said that he was there to see “Ashley.” Gonzales was informed that “Ashley” was not there and that he needed to leave. Gonzales exited out the back door.
Charges were sent to the municipal court to be journalized as a warrant. Gonzales was arrested on a warrant and was taken to jail.
