Two men, one from Wood County, have been indicted for rape.
A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Rosco Russell Hummel of North Baltimore and Henry Lee Livingston III of Toledo for rape, a first-degree felony.
Hummel, 34, also was indicted for gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.
On Jan. 8, 2023, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a person who was less than 10 years old and had sexual contact with another when the other person was less than 13 years of age.
Livingston, 33, also was indicted for abduction, a third-degree felony.
On Dec. 30, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct by force or threat of force and allegedly restrained the liberty of the person under circumstances that created a risk of physical harm or fear.
