BG Kiwanis Club learns media history

The Bowling Green Kiwanis Club will meet Thursday at the Slater Family Ice Arena Lounge on the campus of Bowling Green State University. The public is invited.

The meeting will kick off at noon, with lunch available for $15 starting at 11:30 a.m. Jim Foust, professor of Media and Communication at Bowling Green State University, is the guest speaker.

Foust will lead an insightful discussion on “history, journalism, and ethics: how we got here,” exploring the intersection of media history, journalism practices, and ethical considerations in today’s media landscape.
