BG women indicted for theft

Two Bowling Green women have been indicted for theft.

A Wood County grand jury on March 6 indicted Kathleen Briner, 37, of Bowling Green and currently in jail, for theft and two counts of identity fraud, all fifth-degree felonies; and theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony. On Feb. 21, while Briner sat in the back of a vehicle, she allegedly stole three credit cards from a purse as well as Trazodone. She was was later seen on video using one of the cards.

Allyson Snow, 29, Bowling Green, was indicted for theft, a fifth-degree felony. From Dec. 26 to Jan. 19, she allegedly stole $1,013.17 worth of food, snacks and toddler and women’s clothing from Walmart by failing to scan items at the U-scan self-checkout.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Tracy L. Hutchins, 49, Perrysburg, for endangering children, a third-degree felony. From Nov. 16, 2022, to Oct. 6, 2023, Hutchins allegedly caused serious physical harm to an 11-year-old she had custody of.

• Levi James Corbin, 28, Findlay, for two counts of failure to register, both fourth-degree felonies. On Jan. 3 and again Jan. 22, he allegedly failed to register or send notice as required of his address and employment.

He had been convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in 2019 in Seneca County.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

• Dresean Rollin Brown, 21, Toledo, for three counts of theft and one count of identity fraud, all fifth-degree felonies. On Sept. 11-12, Brown allegedly stole a credit card from each of three separate individuals and used one of the cards as personal identifying information.

• Lewis R. Wynkoop II, 47, Mount Cory, for permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony; and aggravating trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony. On June 1-2, Wynkoop allegedly allowed drugs to be trafficked at a property he owned or leased. He also is accused of selling methamphetamine.

•Michael J. McDougall, 50, Euclid, for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified government facility, a third-degree felony. On May 25, he allegedly had drugs on his person when he entered a detention center.

• Eric Francis Nungester, 56, of Bowling Green and currently in jail, for two counts of violating a protection order, both fifth-degree felonies, in two separate indictments. On Feb. 20, 2023, a woman reported receiving two phone calls and two text messages from Nungester, who she has a protection order against. He is accused of violating a protection order from Feb. 15-17.

• Nungester had previously been convicted of violating protection orders multiple times in Wood County.

• James Robert Hudson, 49, of Northwood and currently in jail, for two counts of domestic violence, both third-degree felonies, in two separate indictments. On Dec. 25, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause serious physical harm to a woman. On Feb. 13 in Northwood, he allegedly used his foot to kick this same woman in the chest, causing her to fall off the bed and into a recliner after which both toppled to the ground.

Hudson had previously been convicted of domestic violence in 2019 in Lucas County.

• Kamilah Lyone-Strugill, 30, Lexington, Kentucky, for aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, both second-degree felonies. On July 31, she allegedly had possession of and was preparing for distribution more than five times the bulk amount of oxycodone.
