Senior center offers events, lunch and dinner

The following events will take place next week at the Wood County Senior Center.

MEALS

Lunch: Monday, hamburger or hot dog; Tuesday, Italian lasagna or salmon loaf; Wednesday, pork chop; Thursday, calico beans or chicken tenders; Friday, sliced ham or tuna salad on a croissant

Dinner: Tuesday, roast beef; Wednesday, sausage links; Thursday, coconut curry chicken

*Dinner reservations must be made by 2 p.m. the day you wish to attend.

No person over 60 shall be denied nutrition services because of failure to contribute all or part of the cost. Participants shall determine for themselves what they are able to contribute. A $2 suggested donation is appreciated for home delivered meals. All payments can be mailed to: Wood County Senior Center, 140 S. Grove Street, Bowling Green, OH 43402.

Bob Ross Painting Experience on May 29 from 2-5 p.m. at the Wood County Senior Center. Bob Ross is recognized as one of the most iconic and memorable personalities on public television. With his gentle approach and homespun humor, Ross has taught, inspired and entertained millions of people around the country and around the world. With more than 1,500 Bob Ross teachers holding local workshops every day, you can paint just like Ross did on TV – in a few hours.
