Krista Ann Jump, 44, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on Friday March 1, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on September 18,1979 to Kurt Jump and Yvonne “Bonnie” Nally.
Krista was a graduate of Otsego Highschool. After graduating high school, she took courses at Owens Community College. She worked at Discovery Kingdom daycare for many years and then became an office manager at BG Handyman.
Krista enjoyed boating, snowmobiling, and camping at her campsite on the Maumee River with her significant other Derek. Krista’s friends were extremely important to her and played a major part in her life. She was known as a pure-hearted social butterfly. She continued to show her kindness and compassion for others after her passing. Krista gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. Krista’s organs have restored 3 people’s lives.
Above all else Krista cherished the moments she spent with her family and friends. She will be missed dearly by all.
Along with her parents, Krista is survived by her stepmother Beverly Jump, significant other Derek Kramp of Tontogany, Ohio, brother Jeff Jump of Pemberville, Ohio, step-siblings Andy (Lynne) Focht of Lima, Ohio, Sudie (Rodger) Oakes of Pickerington, Ohio, Betsy (Max) Kannen of Haskins, Ohio, Ian Nally of Georgia, grandmother Anna Ruckman, nieces and nephews Dylan Jump, Nolan, Nevin, Alaina, Cooper, Everette, Saylor, Wynnesley, Isaac, Charlie, several cousins, and many aunts and uncles.
She is preceded in death by her stepfather Jim Nally.
Memorial contributions in Krista’s name may be made to the Wood County Humane Society or the Life Connection of Ohio.
A visitation for Krista will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 1-to 6 p.m. at Bowling Green Church of the Nazarene, located at 1855 Gorrill Road, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Her memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. where there will be time to share personal testimonials of Krista’s life. Reverend Joel Nichols will officiate.
