The following events will take place next week at the Wood County Senior Center.

Lunch: Monday, chicken cordon bleu or liver and onions; Tuesday, goulash or chicken teriyaki; Wednesday, roast beef or almond fish; Thursday, hamloaf or chicken chimichanga; Friday, turkey tetrazzini or shrimp poppers

Dinner: Tuesday, roast pork; Wednesday, teriyaki salmon; Thursday, chicken lasagna

*Dinner reservations must be made by 2 p.m. the day you wish to attend.

Looking back at the covid-19 pandemic, there are many lessons to take away in terms of domestic and international policies. Although this pandemic seems to have waned, how can we apply these lessons to future pandemics? Will countries cooperate, and will a consensus emerge on how to manage global health challenges?
