To the editor,
As a former Jerseyan, there are many songs written by one of our most famous Musicians,Bruce Springsteen,that I’m fond of of. One of my favorites is “Atlantic City”,and the opening lyrics is as follows. ” Well they,blew up the “Chicken Man” in Philly last night,and they blew up his house too”. Well, as much as I did not want to vote for a couple of registered Republicans, I am proud to say that my household helped blow up The Chicken Man Of Grand Rapids,Ohio and his Unindicted Co Conspirators running for Village Council,if for no other reason,than these people have absolutely no grasp of any of the issues effecting the State Of Our Town,or an understanding of our people.
The very fact that these “Greenhorns” who collectively have lived here less than a decade,thought in their minds that anything they stood for was going to lead this community to a brighter future,was going to solve any of our issues regarding local ordinances,or was going to better our lives,is laughable to say the least!
These people know about as much about public service,as Trump knows about Elections,which is absolutely nothing! The feeble attempt of Mr Fowler to teach law, holding his version of a Maga Rally downtown,inviting a bunch of election deniers from Columbus down here to brainwash some of our citizens into buying into his version of reality,further proves the point that he is unfit to serve in any kind of Public Service,let alone Mayor of our great village.
My fellow citizens of Grand Rapids,I’d rather have the current administration,with all its quirks,than have a new one with a bunch of self serving “Wanna Bees” who need to convince people of their sincerity! That is why I voted against them, and will never support them. We should seriously look into just who these people really are,and their reputations and not fall victim to their Con because of our frustration with the way things are out here. These people are nuts!
