PEMBERVILLE — The Eastwood Local Schools Board of Education recently accepted more than $4,500 in donations for the district’s weight room in memory of former student Mike Mocek.

Donations included $50 from Marian Walters, $25 from Morey and Rose Mary Loomis, $200 from John Morgan, $25 from Michael and Karen Godfrey, $20 from Rose Schroeder, $100 from H. Jeffery Leverenz, $250 from Matthew and Julie Reynolds, $250 from Mark Thompson, $50 from Michael and Judy Gardner, $50 from Mary Ellen and Chris Hilkens, $250 from Wesley and Lori Ernsthausen, $50 from Lucas and Stephanie Speck, $300 from Brenda Mocek, $175 from Elizabeth and Thomas Wray, $250 from Jessica and Derek Childers, $100 from Clayton and Torrie Ruch, $20 from Kyle Failor, $150 from Toledo Federation of Teachers, $100 from Kristopher and Sue Swartz, $100 from Patrick Boothe, $50 from Danny and Sally Case, $40 from Ann and Ron Black, $50 from Molly Drew, $25 from Gasiorowski Family Trust, $50 from Lonnie Williams, $50 from Susan South, $40 from Larry and Darlene Michel, $25 from David and Carolyn Yenrick, $25 from Laurie and Jeff Ruch, $200 from Jon Luidhardt, $1,000 from Joel and Gretchen Kuhlman, $500 from Mark and Katie Tornow.
