Two Bowling Green men have been arrested for criminal trespass, and one had a concealed weapon.

At 9:47 p.m. Thursday, Bowling Green police were called to the 100 block of West Gypsy Lane Road for a report of three men who were refusing to leave the property.

Dispatched advised the males were on bikes and one was wearing a black mask.

Two of the males were observed traveling east. They were stopped and were identified as Isaiah Shepherd, 19, and a 17-year-old.

Both men said they weren’t doing anything wrong when they were asked by Culver’s employees to leave, and they did so, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.

The third male was identified as Corey Winnick Jr., 30.

All three were placed in handcuffs as a restaurant employee had reported one may have a knife, according to the report.

A restaurant employee told police the males had started harassing some of the other employees in the last few weeks.

Officers found an empty Phoenix Arm .22 caliber firearm inside the 17-year-old’s backpack along with three black masks. When asked about it, he said it belonged to Shepherd.

The 17-year-old, from BG, was transported to the juvenile detention center on charges of criminal trespass and drug abuse/hashish. He admitted he was the one wearing the mask and had not left the restaurant until the police were called.

Shepherd, BG, was taken to jail and charged with criminal trespass and carrying a concealed weapon.

Winnick, BG, was cited for drug abuse/hashish.
