BG man indicted for intimidation

A Bowling Green man has been indicted for intimidation.

A Wood County grand jury on Aug. 16 indicted Andrew Marc Robins, 50, who is currently in jail, for two counts of intimidation, both third-degree felonies. On Aug. 2, he allegedly twice threatened to harm a person or property or otherwise used false material with malicious purpose in an attempt to influence, intimidate or hinder a public servant or witness.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Deborah Louise Corey, 64, Rossford, for trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; two counts aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. On July 28 at her home in Rossford, she allegedly sold or offered to sell buprenorphine. The alleged incident was committed in the vicinity of Rossford Junior/Senior High School. She also allegedly was found in possession of amphetamine and hydrocodone and knowing an investigation was in progress, she allegedly destroyed or concealed items with the purpose of impairing their value.

• Richard Ray Evans, 39, Risingsun, for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. On Feb. 12, he allegedly was found in possession of methamphetamine.

• Co-defendants Maurice Fowlkes, 58, Millbury, and Shaun Yvette Wilson, 54, Portland, Oregon, each for theft, a fifth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor. On May 17, they allegedly deprived Petro of merchandise valued between $1,000 and $7,500 and received or disposed of a truck GPS while having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen.

• Gaige Leal, 25, Rawson, for extortion, a third-degree felony; coercion, a second-degree misdemeanor; and menacing by stalking and telecommunications harassment, both first-degree misdemeanors. On Aug. 2, Leal allegedly contacted a woman in the 1000 block of Dixie Highway in Rossford via texts, phone calls and social media messages after being told to stop. The contact allegedly included a threat to send a sex tape to the woman’s family if she did meet him for sex. She also told officers Leal had hacked her social media account and changed her profile photo and background to pictures of her in lingerie. A warrant has been issued for Leal’s arrest.

• Lonnie Lee Percy, 46, Harrison Township, Michigan, for possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine, both first-degree felonies; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. On July 8, he allegedly was found in possession of between 20 and 50 grams of a fentanyl-related compound as well as between 27 and 100 grams of cocaine. He allegedly destroyed or concealed items with the purpose of impairing their value as evidence in an investigation. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

• Dmarcus Linwood Jones, 44, Austin, Texas, for possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine, both first-degree felonies. On July 8, he allegedly was found in possession of between 20 and 50 grams of a fentanyl-related compound and between 27 and 100 grams of cocaine. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

• Lavalle Leon Hesser, 44, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, both second-degree felonies. On July 3, he allegedly was found in possession of and was preparing for distribution more than five times the bulk amount of psilocyn.

• Co-defendants David Rodriguez Reyes, 33, and Eric Dianez Martinez, 28, both of Miami, Florida; and Yoan Rivero Soto, 36, Opalocka, Florida, each for receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools, both fifth-degree felonies. On July 22, they allegedly retained or disposed of property belonging to Ross Dress For Less, valued at between $1,000 and $7,500, while having probable cause to believe the property had been stolen. They allegedly were found in possession of a security tag remover and magnets.

• Emmanuel Hill, 34, Toledo, for two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, one a fourth-degree felony and the other a first-degree misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor. On Oct. 21, he allegedly knowingly transported a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle in such a manner it was accessible to the operator or any passenger without leaving the vehicle. He was issued a concealed handgun license or was carrying a valid military identification card when the loaded handgun was found in his vehicle after he failed to disclose it was there. He also was allegedly found in possession of marijuana.

• Nicholas Bryon Sellman, 30, Cincinnati, for possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. On April 3, he was allegedly found in possession of between 200 and 1,000 grams of marijuana.

• James Lloyd, 21, Toledo, for theft, a fifth-degree felony. On Dec. 11, he allegedly deprived Ulta Beauty of assorted store merchandise without permission. The merchandise was valued between $1,000 and $7,500.
