A warrant has been issued for a man from Luckey who failed to appear in court.
Christopher Michael Stewart, 36, was scheduled to appear Monday for a hearing to revoke his bond.
When he failed to show, Wood County Common Pleas Judge Molly Mack issued a statewide warrant for his arrest.
Stewart was indicted in March for aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs, both third-degree felonies.
On May 2, 2022, he was allegedly found in possession of the bulk amount of methamphetamine and was preparing it for distribution.
On June 26, he pleaded guilty to the trafficking charge while the possession charge was dismissed.
Stewart was given an own recognizance bond.
A motion to revoke bond was filed July 5 after five drug screens from March 27 to June 21 yielded positive results for marijuana.
