Tell your story with library’s new oral history kits

Tell your story with the Wood County District Public Library’s new Family History Interview Kits. These kits, perfect for recording oral histories, are now available for checkout on the second floor of the Bowling Green Library.

Included in these kits are everything you’ll need to record oral histories with your friends, family, and others who have a story to tell. An audio recorder and instructions on how to record oral histories is included in every kit.

Once you’ve recorded your histories, consider donating them to the library. WCDPL is looking for oral histories to add to their Local History Collection to keep these stories alive for the future by cataloging the past.

You can checkout a kit from the Local History Collection on the second floor of the library, 251 N. Main St. For more information, call 419-352-5050 or email [email protected].
