BG, Perrysburg schools issues on Nov. 7 ballot; one county-wide vote

Bowling Green and Perrysburg schools voters will decide on taxes for new facilities on Nov. 7.

Issues were filed with the Wood County Board of Elections.

School issues on the ballot:

Bowling Green City Schools

Bond; 72.8 million; 30 years; commencing in 2023, first due in calendar year 2024, for constructing a high school and related facilities and renovating and improving existing facilities

Perrysburg Exempted Village School District

bond issue-$140 million, 5.95 mills for 36 years; commencing 2023, for construction, improvement school facilities

Eastwood Local School District

Tax levy-renewal; 2 mills; 5 years; commencing in 2023, first due in calendar year 2024, for general permanent improvements

Elmwood Local School District

Tax Income-renewal; 0.75%; 5 years; beginning in 2027, for current expenses

Elmwood Local School District

Tax Income-renewal; 0.50%; 5 years; beginning in 2026, for current expenses

Otsego Local School District

Tax income-0.50%; for a continuing period of time, beginning Jan. 1, 2025, for current expenses

The questions and issues listed below are only those that have been filed with the Wood County Board of Elections. They will not be certified to the ballot until after the Aug. 9 filing deadline.

Changes may occur up to and at the time of certification.

There is on county-wide vote on the Nov. 7 ballot.
