Deans’ Lists: Wood County students recognized

University of Mississippi

Olivia Columber, Bowling Green, was named to the University of Mississippi’s fall 2022 honor roll lists.

Columber was named to the dean’s honor roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50-3.74.

The school is located in University, Mississippi.

University of Maryland Global Campus

More than 9,800 University of Maryland Global Campus students were named to the dean’s list for the fall semester.

To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC.

Local students who made the list included Jared Beckford of Bowling Green, Gabriel Duty of Cygnet, and Anthony Lewis and Ian Mcfarlane, both of Perrysburg.

UMGC is located in Adelphi, Maryland.

Bluffton University

Bluffton University has announced the dean’s list for undergraduate students for the fall 2022 term.

Students with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.75 based on 20 semester hours received dean’s list with distinction for continued high achievement.

The Bluffton University students from Wood County named to the dean’s list with distinction are Rosanna Barber and Macey Thomas, both of Bowling Green.

Palmer College of Chiropractic

Blaine Brown of Portage has been named to the fall 2022 dean’s list at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida Campus in Port Orange.

Kimber Llewellyn of Perrysburg named to the fall 2022 dean’s list at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Main Campus in Davenport, Iowa.

Georgia Institute of Technology

Anthony Mahoney of Bowling Green made the dean’s list for the fall 2022 semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology, located in Atlanta.

This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have earned a 3.0 or higher academic average for the semester.

University of Kentucky

Zachary Buehler of Pemberville was named to the fall 2022 University of Kentucky College of Arts & Sciences dean’s list.

The university is located in Lexington, Kentucky.

Berry College

Elizabeth Griffith of Luckey was named to the spring 2023 dean’s list at Berry College, located in Rome, Georgia.

The dean’s list honors students who posted an academic average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale while carrying a class load of at least 12 hours during the semester.

Belmont University

Anabel Rossi of Perrysburg achieved the dean’s list at Belmont University for the spring 2023 semester.

Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours (exclusive of audit and pass/fail courses this semester) and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C (inclusive of audit, pass/fail courses and zero-credit courses).

The school is located in Nashville.

Southern New Hampshire University

Southern New Hampshire University recognized several Wood County students on being named to the winter 2023 president’s list.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the president’s list.

Alexa Piccirillo of Perrysburg, Danielle Beltz of North Baltimore, Zakary Neeld of Bowling Green, Conner Neal of Rossford, and Daniel Davis of Bowling Green made the list.

The school is located in Manchester.

Trine University

Trine University students were named to the president’s list for the spring 2023 term. To earn president’s list honors, students must complete a minimum of 12 hours and have a grade point average of 3.750-4.000.

The following area students earned these honors: Justin Rode of Custar, Tanner Johnston of Northwood, Michael Nawrocki of Rossford, Anna Koeppl of Perrysburg, and Jillian Hannah of Bowling Green.

Trine University students named to the vice president’s list for the spring 2023 term were registered for 12 or more total semester credit hours and had a semester combined undergraduate/graduate grade point average between 3.750 and 4.000.

Ethan Pendry of Perrysburg earned vice president’s list honors.
