Minor injuries reported in Kellogg Road crash

On Monday at 5:45 p.m., the Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Liberty Hi and Kellogg roads.

One of the vehicles had overturned, according to the accident report.

Jenna Tanner, 18, Rudolph, was northbound on Liberty Hi Road and failed to stop for the stop sign at Kellogg Road.

Kasey Kruse, 27, Pemberville, was eastbound on Kellogg Road, driving a 2012 Chevy Silverado.

Tanner, while attempting to cross the intersection, struck the Chevy on the passenger side, causing it to run off the road and overturn.

Tanner, who was driving a 2013 Ford Focus, was treated at the scene by Northwest EMS for suspected minor injuries. She was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

Kruse was not injured.

Both were wearing seatbelts, according to the crash report.
