BG man arrested on rape charge

A Bowling Green man has been arrested after being accused of rape.

Travis Noon, 25, was arrested Monday shortly after 11 p.m. after Bowling Green police were called to the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue for a sexual assault report.

Officers found him in his vehicle in the parking lot, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.

The alleged victim said that Noon had allegedly touched her inappropriately, according to the report.

Noon was arrested and taken to jail, where he remains on a $100,000 bond.
