Juneteenth holiday pushes back trash collection

The City of Bowling Green offices will be closed on Monday for the Juneteenth holiday.

Trash collection is also affected. Regular Monday collection will be on Tuesday, regular Tuesday collection will be on Wednesday, regular Wednesday collection will be Thursday and regular Thursday collection will be Friday.

Historic committee meets in BG

The City of Bowling Green Historic Preservation Commission will meet on June 27 at 4 p.m. in the City Administrative Services Building, 3rd Floor Conference Room, 304 N. Church St.
