The Bowling Green State University Schmidthorst College of Business has announced that Abigail Stucker, a graduate of Bowling Green High School, has been named to the highly selective Schmidthorst Student Ambassador Program.

Student Ambassadors represent the Schmidthorst College by engaging with prospective students, current students, and alumni. In preparation for their role, Schmidthorst Student Ambassadors complete a course focused on presentation and networking skills.

Students at the University of Findlay recently participated in the annual Symposium for Scholarship and Creativity. Undergraduate and graduate students were given the opportunity to share their research, creativity, and professional learning experiences with the University and community, with many students receiving honors at the same time.

Courtney Fleming, Fostoria, was named Outstanding Master of Arts in Education – Student Award.

Jordan Foster, Fostoria, presented “Making Up the Gap: High School vs. Elementary.”

Alexandria Freehoffer, Bowling Green, was honored as a Graduate Student Worker of the Year nominee.

Addison Graham, Perrysburg, was honored as an Undergraduate Student Worker of the Year nominee.

Haley Jones, Millbury, was honored as a sophomore member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi Chapter 310.

Montana Kitchen, Haskins, was honored as an 2022-2023 inductee into Lambda Pi Eta.

Morgan Kuhlman, Millbury, was honored as a Kappa Delta Pi Graduating Senior.

Macey Malagon, Fostoria, was named Early Childhood Outstanding Teacher Education Graduate.

Hallie Schuller, Perrysburg, presented “Drug Overdoses in Hancock County, Pre- vs. Post- Covid-19 Years.”

Justin Snyder, North Baltimore, was named a Choose Ohio First Scholars – Computer Science.

Collin Theriault, Perrysburg, was named a Kappa Delta Pi New Initiate.

Christopher Xie, Perrysburg, presented “Investigation of Chalcone Pharmacophore against Glioblastoma Multiforme.”

Drew Zimmerman, Bowling Green, presented “Investigation of Chalcone Pharmacophore against Glioblastoma Multiforme.”
