A Michigan man faces several charges after he allegedly was found with a stolen vehicle in Bowling Green.

On Friday at 4:11 p.m., dispatch reported a stolen vehicle had been located, via the automated license plate reader, eastbound on East Wooster Street at Dunbridge Road.

A Bowling Green Police Division officer pulled over the 2020 Toyota Corolla.

Bruce Williams, 53, Detroit, reportedly told officers that he had received the vehicle from his cousin.

However, the cousin stated that he had let Williams borrow the car for an hour and he did not return with it. This occurred in Portsmouth.

Police reportedly found drug paraphernalia, including a glass pipe with white residue inside, in the car.

Williams was charged with felony receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

He was taken to jail.
