“Yappy Hour,” sponsored by the Citizens for BG Dog Parks, was held on Saturday.
Dog owners and their canine friends enjoyed a large off-leash area at Arlyn’s Good Beer.
Arlyn’s, located at 520 Hankey Ave., donated 16% of all beer sales on the day of the event in support of the efforts by CFBGDP to establish a dog park in the city. Donations will also be accepted at the “doggie door.”
Kevin’s Kajunette food truck offered a Creole-style menu and entertainment was provided by the Barn Cats Trio.
