BG woman arrested for assault

A Bowling Green woman was arrested for assault after she allegedly punched another woman.

On Sunday at 12:16 p.m., Bowling Green police responded to the 500 block of South Main Street where the allegedly victim was temporarily staying.

The alleged victim told police she came home after an AA meeting and when she walked into the house, Cory Faulkner confronted her. She told police Faulkner punched her in the face, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.

A video of the incident was provided to police.

Faulkner, 47, was taken to jail.
