Learn how to make ricotta at the library

Learn a new skill at the library. Join the Wood County District Public Library and the Wood County Park District for Ricotta Cheesemaking 101 on May 12 at 2 p.m. at the Carter House.

Corine Gordon from the Wood County Park District will demonstrate how to make ricotta cheese during this class. Then, sample a tasty treat made with the homemade ricotta.
