0

McCLURE – The Northwestern Water and Sewer District announces that effective Monday, through Wednesday, daily from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., water service interruptions are possible in the village for waterline connection work.

Water service will be restored following completion of the work each day. A boil water advisory will be in effect from Monday through April 14 at 5 p.m.

Additionally, effective Monday, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., water service interruptions will occur for district customers north of the Village of McClure along Ohio 65, and along Ohio 110 from just west of Route 65 to Sunset Cove RV Park. A boil water advisory will be in effect from Monday through Wednesday at 5 p.m. for this area.

The widespread service interruptions are necessary to complete the new waterline installation through town. This project will replace aging infrastructure and improve the water distribution system.

Effective Monday, through April 14, the WaterShed on U.S. 6 east of McClure will be closed.

The district will offer free water at our WaterShed stations starting Sunday through April 17 at the following locations:

Obe’s 19963 Otsego Pike, Bowling Green

Weston – 13145 Main St.

Residents should bring their own 1-gallon or 5-gallon container to fill up.
