Tommy Meeker, 66, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away March 26, 2023.

He was born on April 8, 1956, in Bowling Green, to Floyd and Lucy (Knauss) Meeker. He married Deanna in July of 1983 who survives in Bowling Green. They later separated but still remained in each other’s lives.

Tommy was a mechanic who enjoyed working on cars and lawnmowers. He considered his brother’s riding lawn mower his own limousine while mowing the lawn. Tommy loved being outdoors working on anything that needed fixed around the house. He had a love for animals but held a special liking for cats.

Tommy is survived by his three sons, Aaron Meeker of Weston, Ohio; Tommy Jr Meeker, of Bloomdale, Ohio; and Michael Meeker of Findlay, Ohio. Brother, Terry (Barbie) Meeker of Kronenwetter, Wisconsin; brother, John Meeker of Deshler, Ohio; brother, Timothy Meeker of Portage, Ohio; sister, Mary (Bruce) Pratt of Bowling Green, Ohio; sister, Sue Meeker of Toledo, Ohio; sister, Rose Loftis of Beaumont, Texas and his 6 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd Meeker and Lucy (Knauss) Meeker, his brother Robert Meeker, and half siblings, Bill Meeker, Gene Meeker, Floyd Jr Meeker and Mariane.

The family would like to thank Ohio Living Hospice and Palliative care for the exceptional care they had provided Tommy over the last year. As well as thanking Margo Moore for her time spent with Tommy and taking care of him.

There will be a Celebration of life held at a later date by family.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that memorial contributions may be sent to the family to help with funeral home expenses.

Funeral services have been entrusted with Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster Street.
