Students from the University of Findlay are completing spring internships.
Addison Graham of Perrysburg is an intern for the Perrysburg Soccer Club. Graham is pursuing a degree in marketing.
The Trine University Wind Ensemble celebrated 20 years of Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean” with a Feb. 26 concert.
David Deniston of Bowling Green, performed on trombone. Deniston is majoring in chemical engineering.
Madison Westgate, of Cygnet and a member of University of Findlay’s Cattle Team, recently participated in one or more livestock shows.
Westgate participated in the North American International Livestock Exposition held in Louisville, Kentucky.
University of Findlay’s Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble performed a concert titled “Danzon” on March 12.
Local students who participated include Connor Oberhouse of Luckey, and Kalyeah Powell of North Baltimore.
Bluffton University has named the students who will serve as President’s Ambassadors during the 2023-24 academic year. Macey Thomas of Bowling Green will assist in recruiting prospective students, welcoming and greeting campus guests, and engaging alumni and donors. Just 32 President’s Ambassadors were selected.
